2.4 MT5 Account Access

If you choose to use our trading bot services, you may be required to provide your MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account credentials (username and password). By providing these credentials, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These credentials are used solely to connect our trading bot to your MT5 account for the purpose of executing trades
• You authorize us to execute trades on your behalf through the connected bot
• You remain fully responsible for monitoring your account and all trading activity
• You can revoke access at any time by changing your MT5 password or discontinuing the service
• We do not guarantee the performance, profitability, or reliability of any automated trading
• Any losses incurred through automated trading are your sole responsibility
• We recommend using a separate MT5 account dedicated to bot trading with only capital you can afford to lose

Premium members receive personalized feedback on their trades, chart analysis, and trading decisions. This support is educational in nature and does not constitute financial advice.

3. Risk Disclaimer and No Financial Advice

3.1 No Financial Advice

Nothing contained in our Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content provided by TMP is for educational and informational purposes only. We are not registered financial advisors, brokers, or dealers.

3.2 Past Performance

Any trading results, testimonials, or performance data shared through our Services represent past performance and do not guarantee future results. Trading results can vary significantly based on market conditions, individual skill, risk tolerance, and other factors.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until the next renewal period. We will provide reasonable notice of any price increases.

4.4 Profit Split Arrangements

Certain services, such as trading bot access, may involve profit-sharing arrangements. The specific terms of any profit split will be clearly disclosed at the time of enrollment and are subject to separate agreements.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new members. If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us at cash@themoneyprinter.uk.

5.2 Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must request the refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
• Refunds are only available for first-time subscribers
• Refunds are not available for renewal payments

8.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Conduct that harms other users or our reputation
• Non-payment of subscription fees

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access our Services will immediately cease. We are not obligated to provide refunds for any remaining subscription period following termination for cause.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• TMP and its owners, operators, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• We shall not be liable for any trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, or financial damages of any kind resulting from your trading activities, investment decisions, or use of any trading tools, signals, or educational content provided through our Services, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages
• We shall not be liable for any damages arising from: (a) your reliance on any information or content provided through our Services; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of our Services; (c) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our Services; (d) any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our content; (e) any unauthorized access to or use of our systems or your account
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100)
• These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including breach of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory

9A. Assumption of Risk

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

• Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their consequences
• Past performance of any trading strategy, bot, or educational approach does not guarantee future results
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with trading, including the risk of total loss of invested capital
• TMP provides education and tools only - all trading decisions are made by you at your own risk
• You have conducted your own due diligence and have not relied solely on any representations made by TMP
• You have the financial capacity to bear losses from trading and will not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose

9B. Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby waive, release, and discharge TMP and its owners, operators, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your trading activities and any resulting financial losses
• Your use of any trading bots, signals, or automated tools provided through our Services
• Any reliance on educational content, market analysis, or trading strategies discussed in our Services
• Any technical issues, errors, or malfunctions in our tools or platforms
• Any actions taken or not taken based on information provided through our Services

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TMP and its owners, operators, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from or related to:

• Your use of or access to our Services
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your trading activities, investment decisions, and any resulting losses or disputes
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our Services
• Your negligent or wrongful conduct
• Any claim that your use of our Services caused damage to a third party

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of our Services.

10A. Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS OR DISPUTES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING AGAINST TMP. This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10B. No Guarantee of Results

TMP makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:

• Any specific financial outcomes, profits, or returns from trading
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any trading signals, analysis, or recommendations
• The performance or reliability of any trading bots or automated tools
• Your ability to achieve any particular trading results
• The suitability of our educational content for your individual circumstances

Any testimonials, case studies, or examples of trading results are illustrative only and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Individual results vary significantly based on skill, market conditions, risk management, and other factors.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact us at cash@themoneyprinter.uk to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
